Loket Castle

Another postcard from Czech Republic

Loket is a small town in Czech Republic 

This postcard shows Loket Castle ( Hrad Loket in Czech languange) www.hradloket.cz

It's located in the middle of the hill which is surrounded by Ohre river (located where the river shaped in elbow)

This is the place where the Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV came to rest and hunt

In this castle you can find the wedding and ceremonial hall, also the prison cells and the chamber of torture

Charles Bridge, Prague

Where do you want to go, when you are in Prague? 

Don't forget to visit the Charles Bridge, one of the famous tourist destination in Prague.

It was built by King Charles IV in 1357 and the bridge is decorated with the Baroque statue of religious figure.

This postcard shows the snowy Charles bridge.
