Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Jeju Island

Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak (also called Sunrise Peak) is located in the eastern of Jeju island. It was built by volcano eruption and there is a huge crater at the top of Seongsan.

Actually it look like a tuff cone when you saw from the air and it is listed in UNESCO World Heritage, too.

Himalayan National Park

Great Himalayan National Park in the Kullu region of Himachal Pradesh is characterized by high alpine peaks, alpine meadows and riverine forests.

The 90.540 ha property includes the upper mountain glacial and snow melt water source origins of several rivers, and the catchments of water supplies that are vital to millions of downstream users.

It is part of the Himalayan biodiversity hotspot and includes 25 forest types along with a rich assemblage of fauna species, several of which are threatened.

This gives the site outstanding significance for biodiversity conservation.

Borobudur

Borobudur is the famous Buddhist temple at Magelang city, Central Java and one of UNESCO World Heritage.

Borobudur was built when Sailendra dynasty ruled and become one of the largest Buddhist Temple in the world.

Palace of Versailles (Chateaux de Versailles)

Versailles is a suburb of Paris. Its famous because Louis XIV moved political center to Versailles.

The palace was begun by Louis XIII in 1623 as a hunting lodge and expanded by Louis XIV into a royal palace.

The famous Marie-Antoinette the wife of Louis XVI was living here too until she was sentenced to death at The French Revolution. It was film by Sofia Coppola in 2006 by title Marie-Antoinette and won the Academy Award for Best Costume Design

Athens, Greece

Athens, the capital city of Greece. It's one of Europe oldest city, and the combination of the modern city and the past historical one is shown around Athens.
