Japan - From Yuriko

Yuriko sent me this beautiful postcard.

This is Otaru Canal. Otaru located at Hokkaido. 



Yuriko tell me there is a delicious cookies in Otaru called Shiroi Koibito (chocolate sandwich cookies), but sad to say that i didn't try it when last visit to Otaru. Someday i will search Shiroi Koibito....

Japan

Shinjuku, located in western Tokyo is famous for its skyscrapers, shopping area (this area is well known for its electronics stores, too) and entertainment.

West exit is concentrated with skyscrapers and office buildings. 

East exit is Kabuki-cho a sleepless sector bathed in neon light.

South exit is major department stores and amusements.

Left up is shinkansen, the high speed train in Japan (also known as bullet train) with the background of Mt. Fuji.

Left down is maiko girls Kyoto

Right up is Kinkaku-ji Temple Tokyo

Right down is highway in capital Tokyo bay area



Yomeimon / Nikko

According to nikko-jp.org, the name of Yomeimon came from one of the twelve gates in the Imperial court in Kyoto



Sapporo, is the Japan largest city in Hokkaido island.

Clock Tower is one famous building which became museum of the Sapporo history and the second floor there is a clock and the ceremony hall.
